There is credible information, says the Bush Administration that a plot is in the works to attack a nuclear power plant in the Northeast. The attack is allegedly scheduled for July 4th .

Day 248 of the hunt for Osama Bin Laden and Public Enemy Number One is still in a cave or on a beach or somewhere in South East Asia. The US Army announces that it will speed up the neutralization of the massive stocks of nerve gas it has stored at its Newport, Indiana chemical weapons depot because of the threat of terrorist attacks. The toxic plume of an explosion there would reach Indianapolis.

Day 248 of the War on Terrorism and the Vice President of the United States warns that there are more attacks to come, attacks he describes as more devastating than the fall of the World Trade Center.

Day 248 of the Siege of America and the National Security Advisor advises us that even though the White House had been warned of an Al Queda plot to bring terror to the United States as early as July no one could have predicted the use of an airplane as a missile to attack the WTC and Pentagon - even though one FBI agent in the Minneapolis FBI field office had predicted just that and named the WTC as the target in August!

Day 248 in the post 911 world and we are not supposed to question, not supposed to ask why, not supposed to point fingers, and not supposed to second guess the President and his advisors. It is not "just politics" to hold the President accountable for that which happens on his watch - it is patriotism.
